The President and founder of J.E.T.S, Lucy Justice is a graduate of Apopka Memorial High School, and also attended Seminole Community College and Orlando Vocational Technical School to enhance her knowledge in electronics and computer repair technology. Her IPC Certification® training was attained while attending courses in Manchester, NH.

Lucy has worked within the electronic industry for over 35 years, and has held responsibility in various positions ranging from Electronic Assembler to Production Supervisor. She has acquired extensive knowledge including, but not limited to soldering, assembling, wiring, and repairing electronics in all industries related to Commercial, Military, Medical and Aerospace electronic applications. Lucy has been an established IPC Certified® trainer and has trained individuals in other facets of the electronic curriculum for more than 15 years.

Sherry Bloom is an IPC Certified Master Trainer

The Vice-President and Co-Founder of J.E.T.S Inc. is an active member in the ASQ (American Society for Quality) as well as an established IPC Certified® Trainer. Sherry was born in Orlando, FL and has attended Seminole Community College for Basic Electronic education.

Sherry has also worked in the electronic industry for better than 28 years in companies such as Lockheed-Martin, Emerson Electronics, Exxon Office Systems, DataMetrics Corporation, and a host of other well established industries in Florida. Throughout her career, Sherry has worked in positions as Electronic Assembler, Trainer, High Reliability Solderer, (Weapon Spec.), Quality Manger, Engineering research and development support, including government simulation systems.
