IPC Training Center
What is IPC?
IPC, the Association Connecting Electronics Industries, is a trade association whose aim is to standardize the assembly and production requirements of electronic equipment and assemblies. It was founded in 1957 as the Institute for Printed Circuits. Its name was later changed to the Institute for Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuits to highlight the expansion from bare boards to packaging and electronic assemblies. In 1999, the organization formally changed its name to IPC with the accompanying tagline, Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
With over 35 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, including medical, aerospace, military and commercial applications, we have seen the state-of-the-art changes over and over, and we remain on the cutting edge by training advances in technology and industry trends.
Our staff consists of IPC Certified Trainers who have worked for several years within the electronic industry and are equipped with at least 15 years of experience giving hands-on, one-on-one training. We are committed to teaching individual skills and training others how to achieve acceptable workmanship and embedded quality standards designed for the electronic industry.
